市场经济的不断深入极大地改变了经济环境,企业亦由此逐渐转变了自身经济效益的增长方式。基于这一新形势,企业应采取何种措施加强资金的管理与控制工作成为其生存与发展的关键。本文以电网企业为例,对其在新形势下资金管理与控制存在的问题进行分析,通过引入“三集五大”体系,明确其问题的应对原则,进而提出加强资金管理与控制的具体对策。
