目的探讨人工尿道括约肌(AUS)治疗前列腺手术后尿失禁的远期效果。方法采用AMS800人工尿道括约肌治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁的病人1例,观察测量手术前后排尿及漏尿的量,电视下动态观察人工尿道括约肌控制泵启动对排尿的影响。结果术后6周启动人工尿道括约肌控制泵,3个月内控尿效果较差,直立位咳嗽时会有漏尿,每天需1～2块小尿垫。3个月后,可以达到完全控尿的效果。随访4年,控尿效果仍然理想,未发现并发症及机械故障。结论采用人工尿道括约肌治疗前列腺手术后尿失禁是一种有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the long-term effect of artificial urethral sphincter (AUS) on urinary incontinence after prostatectomy. Methods AMS800 artificial urethral sphincter was used in the treatment of urinary incontinence after transurethral resection of the prostate. One patient was observed before and after operation, the volume of urination and leakage was measured before and after operation, and the effect of artificial urethral sphincter control pump on urination was observed under TV. Results The artificial urethral sphincter control pump was started 6 weeks after operation. The urine control effect was poor within 3 months. Urine leakage could occur in the upright cough and 1 or 2 urine pads per day. After 3 months, the effect of complete control of urine can be achieved. Followed up for 4 years, the effect of urine control is still ideal, did not find complications and mechanical failure. Conclusion The artificial urethral sphincter for the treatment of urinary incontinence after prostate surgery is an effective method.
