目的:研究以前列地尔为主的治疗方案对老年血栓椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)血液流变学指标、颈动脉斑块及动脉硬化指数(ASI)的影响。方法:选取80例老年脑血栓VBI患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组在基础治疗基础上给予丹参川穹嗪,观察组在对照组的基础上给予前列地尔用药,两组连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床有效率、血流动力学、血液流变学指标、动脉粥样硬化指数、听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)的波潜伏期及波间期结果。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组临床总有效率(92.50%)较对照组(70.00%)高(P&l
