近年来,我国高职教育发展非常迅速,教学理念、课程与教学内容体系等方面的改革依次推开,基于工作过程系统化课程模式在很多工科类、服务类职业院校推广,并取得了一定成效,与校企合作为特征的办学模式、工学结合为特征的教学模式、双师素质为特征的师资队伍培养模式共同构成新型职教模式。但法律职业院校专业课程教学仍然沿用传统法学人才培养模式,强调思辨能力,力争培养的学生与研究型大学趋同,而又由于一系列原因不可能达到而失去竞争力,这种仅仅以关注学科知识、技能为主要内容的教学模式,已远远不能适应现代高职教育的需求。
