报告93例急性幕上缺血性脑血管病,全部病例作了强化前扫描,57例作了强化后扫描。31例作了脑动脉造影。53例作了腰穿。56例作过脑超声波检查。对比各项检查结果发现,CT发现梗死灶的阳性率最高,为89.2%。然而有1例经脑动脉造影证实的、侧支循环良好的大脑中动脉闭塞,CT却未见梗死灶。脑动脉造影未能发现那些位于额、顶深层、基底节或皮层的小面积梗死。腰穿检查RBC最多不超过 350个/mm~3。额顶颞区大面积极死,CSF蛋白增加的阳性率最高,为10/12,额或顶深层梗死,阳性率最低,为4/15。脑超声波检查对监测有中线结构移位的脑水肿是有效的。
A total of 93 cases of acute supratentorial ischemic cerebrovascular disease were reported. All patients underwent enhanced anterior scanning and 57 underwent enhanced scanning. 31 cases made cerebral angiography. 53 cases made a waist wear. 56 cases had brain ultrasound. Comparisons of the test results found that, CT found the highest positive rate of infarction, 89.2%. However, there was 1 case of cerebral artery occlusion with good collateral circulation confirmed by cerebral arteriography and no infarct in CT. Cerebral arteriography failed to detect those small infarcts located in the frontal, deep, basal ganglia, or cortex. Waist wear examination RBC no more than 350 / mm ~ 3. Large area of the frontotemporal dead area, CSF protein increased the highest positive rate of 10/12, amount or deep deep infarction, the lowest positive rate of 4/15. Brain ultrasound is effective in monitoring brain edema with midline shift.
