所谓过烧,是指铝合金在热处理过程中因淬火温度偏高而产生的一种隐蔽性的微观缺陷。由于过烧的产品严重降低了使用性能,而被判为绝对废品。对铝合金过烧的检验,在冶金及机械制造企业内,目前仍沿用金相组织测定法,这种破坏性检查方法,存在着许多弊端。本文提出用涡流法测试铝合金过烧,它具有简单、易行、省力、节时等优点。
The so-called over-burning, refers to the aluminum alloy in the heat treatment process due to high quenching temperature and a hidden micro-defects. Due to over-burning products seriously reduce the performance, was sentenced as absolute waste. Over-burning aluminum test, metallurgical and machinery manufacturing enterprises, the current still use metallographic testing, this destructive inspection methods, there are many drawbacks. In this paper, the eddy current method is used to test the over-burning of aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of simple, easy, labor-saving, time-saving and so on.
