为研究高温下带肋薄壁L形钢管混凝土柱的抗火性能,建立了该类构件的ABAQUS温度场计算模型,并用相关试验结果验证了模型的正确性。采用该模型对所设计构件进行温度场计算,结果表明:构件横截面温度场呈现明显梯度分布,由受火面向截面中心逐渐降低;截面阳角处温度较阴角处更高,且阳角附近高温区域面积较阴角处大;构件内部钢筋温度较受火面呈现明显滞后现象,且中心温度较两端降低幅度更大。分析了受火时间、加劲肋尺寸和构件截面尺寸对构件温度分布的影响,可知随着受火时间的延续,构件各部位温度以不同幅度升高;钢筋加劲肋直径对钢筋温度影响比较明显,但对钢管和混凝土温度影响较小;截面尺寸越大,构件同一位置温度越低。
In order to study the fire resistance of ribbed thin-walled L-shaped CFST columns under high temperature, a calculation model of ABAQUS temperature field for such members is established. The correctness of the model is verified by relevant test results. The temperature field of the designed component is calculated by using this model. The results show that the temperature field of the cross section of the component shows a gradient distribution which gradually decreases from the center of the cross section. The temperature at the cross section is higher than that at the negative angle, The area of high temperature area is larger than that of the negative angle; the temperature of steel bar inside the component is obviously lagging behind that of the fire surface, and the central temperature is lower than both ends. The influence of fire time, stiffener size and member cross-section size on the temperature distribution of the component was analyzed. It can be seen that with the extension of fire time, the temperature of each component of the component increased with different amplitudes; the influence of rebar rib diameter on the temperature of the rebar obviously, However, the temperature of steel pipe and concrete is less affected. The bigger the cross-section size is, the lower the temperature of the same member is.
