目的了解军校学员口腔健康现况。方法根据全军口腔健康调查方案标准,采用分层、整群抽样方法选择调查样本。采用FoxPro 6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS 11.5软件进行统计描述。结果共调查军校学员人数为1 425人,结果表明军校学员龋病患病率为26.5%,牙周疾病患病率57.8%,第三磨牙阻生齿检出率为27.2%。结论结果表明军校学员口腔健康状况不容乐观,需要改善口腔疾病医疗条件、尽快建立口腔疾病防治程序。 Objective To understand the status of oral health of cadets. Methods According to the standards of Oral Health Surveillance Program of the whole army, stratified and cluster sampling methods were used to select the survey samples. Using FoxPro 6.0 software to establish a database, SPSS 11.5 software for statistical description. Results A total of 1 425 military cadets were surveyed. The results showed that the prevalence of dental caries was 26.5%, that of periodontal disease was 57.8%, and that of the third molar was 27.2%. Conclusion The results show that oral health status of cadets is not optimistic, the need to improve the medical conditions of oral diseases, oral disease prevention and control program to establish as soon as possible.
