用阻抗头直接测量法取得了106名正常人的全频程骨导听力阈值,消除了一般骨导耳机作听阈测定后需经仿真乳突校准所引起的误差。受试对象的选择及测听环境的声学条件等均符合国际标准草案推荐要求。所得结果与国际标准数值相吻合,并经过了临床与实验室的多次验证。
The full-range bone conduction hearing threshold of 106 normal persons was obtained by impedance head direct measurement, which eliminated the error caused by the simulation of mastoid calibration after the general bone conduction earpiece was used as the threshold measurement. The choice of subjects and the acoustic conditions of the audiometry environment meet the requirements of the draft international standards. The results are in line with the international standard values, and after many clinical and laboratory verification.
