时值2014年,覆盖全国38个区县的新课程改革已推行13个年头,最后一个实施高中新课程的广西,也将送走最后一批采用大纲课程的毕业生,至此,新课程全面覆盖全国基础教育领域。2012年秋实施的《义务教育学科课程标准》(2011年版)标志着新课程实施从实验阶段进入正式阶段,新课程不再新了,新课程从蒙昧不明的摸索到现在,对于我们基础教育工作者来说已经是一份自然的、常规的、理应如此的课程。那么,新课程十年来到底给基础教育带来了什么?
