目前在地基处理方面,我国有好几项技术在国际上都是领先的,结合我国自身的土质和水文情况,这些技术在房建中发挥了重要的作用。虽然实际情况如此,还是有很多问题存在于房建的施工中。本文首先分析了地基处理技术的发展现状,之后对地基处理经常出现的几个问题进行详细的探讨,最后就这些问题的解决措施给出了建议,以期在今后的地基处理中提供实践上的指导。
At present, in terms of foundation treatment, several technologies in our country are internationally leading. Combining with our own soil and hydrological conditions, these technologies have played an important role in the construction of houses. Although the actual situation is so, there are still many problems exist in the construction of housing construction. This paper first analyzes the status quo of the development of foundation treatment technology and then discusses in detail the frequently encountered problems of foundation treatment. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems in order to provide practical guidance in future foundation treatment. .
