目的:确定商陆天然红色素提取的最佳条件,为进一步开发利用商陆果实天然红色素提供科学依据。方法:采用正交试验,以吸光度值的测定为考察指标,对商陆果实天然红色素的提取条件进行优选。结果:各考察因素对商陆果实天然红色素提取工艺的影响的大小顺序为提取温度>溶剂pH值>固液比>提取次数/时间(h)。用药材2倍量、pH值为5的水溶液、在23℃室温下提取2次、每次2h为最佳条件。结论:商陆天然红色素提取的最佳工艺条件为A1B2C2D1。
Objective: To determine the optimal conditions for the extraction of natural red pigments from Phytolacca acuminata and provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the natural red pigments of Phytolacca. Methods: Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the absorbance value as an index to optimize the extraction conditions of the natural red pigment of Phyllostachys pubescens fruit. RESULTS: The order of the influence of each investigated factors on the extraction process of natural red pigment from pokeweed was extraction temperature> solvent pH> solid-liquid ratio> extraction times/time (h). The optimal condition was to use an aqueous solution with twice the amount of a medicinal material and a pH of 5, and extract it twice at room temperature of 23° C. for 2 hours each. Conclusion: The optimum technological condition for extraction of natural red pigment from Pokeweed is A1B2C2D1.
