随着国有企业改革管理的深化推进,利益格局关系的不断调整,新的社会矛盾不断涌现,企业员工队伍的思想变化呈现出多样性、复杂性的特点。由于利益关系和思维方式的不同,认识问题的角度、观点也不一致,企业员工群体表现出不同的思想状态,也暴露出不同的思想问题。新常态下加强和改进思想政治工作的措施:加强调研,把准脉搏,为做好思想政治工作提供保障;有的放矢,务求实效,确保思想政治工作落到实处;以人为本,与时俱进,探索完善思想教育的新途径;借助网络,发挥优势,提高思想政治工作的针对性。
With the deepening of the reform and management of state-owned enterprises, the continuous adjustment of the relationship between the interests and the pattern of new social conflicts, the ideological changes in the workforce have shown diversity and complexity. Due to the different interests and ways of thinking, the perspectives and opinions of recognizing the problems are also inconsistent. The enterprise employee groups show different ideological status and also expose different ideological problems.
