Deposition of diamond like films was carried out by plasma chem-ical vapor deposition(PCVD)of methane(CH_4)and hydrogen(H_2)mixed gas.During the course of diamond-likeilm deposition,characteristics of the plas-ma have been measured by means of the Langmuir single probe.There aresome differences between pure H_2 and CH_4/H,reactive plasma.The concen-tration of CH_4 is the most.important factur in the diamond like deposition.
Deposition of diamond like films was carried out by plasma chem-ical vapor deposition (PCVD) of methane (CH 4) and hydrogen (H 2) mixed gas. During the course of diamond-like deposition, characteristics of the plas- ma have been measured by means of the Langmuir single probe. There are differences between pure H_2 and CH_4 / H, reactive plasma. The concen- tration of CH_4 is the most. implanted factur in the diamond like deposition.
