对波音777-200与波音787所用材料进行比较,可以看到碳纤维所占份额从7%升到43%,钛所占份额也从6%升到14%。这说明,接合部位高耐磨和难加工材料的相应份额上升,同时,过程可靠和高效的切削工艺也成为经济方面的决定性准则。
A comparison of materials used for the Boeing 777-200 and Boeing 787 shows that the share of carbon fiber has risen from 7% to 43% and that of titanium has risen from 6% to 14%. This shows an increase in the corresponding share of highly wear-resistant and difficult-to-machine materials at the joints, as well as a reliable and efficient process of cutting, which is also a decisive economic criterion.
