采用盆栽试验,研究了叶面喷施外源Ca2+在昼间亚高温条件下对半夏珠芽的生长及其形成块茎的质量及产量的影响.结果表明:2,4,6mmol/L Ca2+处理后,半夏的根、茎、叶、块茎的干质量及总生物量均有显著提高,株高有显著增高,茎径也有显著增粗.半夏块茎的干、鲜质量均随处理时间的增加而增加,其中2mmol/L Ca2+处理下块茎干、鲜质量增加最多.块茎中,鸟苷、腺苷及总生物碱的含量在总体趋势上随Ca2+浓度的增加呈先增后减,三者的产量也随Ca2+浓度的增加呈现先增后减的趋势.说明2,4,6mmol/L Ca2+处理促进了半夏珠芽的生长,显著提高了半夏的品质与产量.
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of foliar application of exogenous Ca2 + on the growth and tuber yield and quality of tuberous buds under the condition of sub-high temperature in daytime.The results showed that after treated with 2,4,6mmol / L Ca2 + , The dry mass and total biomass of roots, stems, leaves and tubers of Pinellia ternata increased significantly, the plant height was significantly increased, and the stem diameter was also significantly thicker.The dry and fresh quality of tuber tuber was increased with the increase of treatment time While the increase of fresh weight was the most in stems treated with 2mmol / L Ca2 + .The content of guanosine, adenosine and total alkaloids increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Ca2 + concentration in tuber, The yield also increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Ca2 + concentration, indicating that 2,4,6mmol / L Ca2 + treatment promoted the growth of pearl buds and the quality and yield of Pinellia ternate significantly.
