2011年3月,中国澳优乳业并购了荷兰海普诺凯乳业集团,成为我国民营乳业企业第一例成功的跨国并购案例。跨国并购使澳优乳业提升了品牌影响力与产品研发能力,对企业发展具有重要意义。本文通过财务绩效与组织资本理论对案例进行分析,引出中国企业跨国并购的启示。
In March 2011, China Aotou Dairy merged the Dutch Hepnuokun Dairy Group, becoming the first successful case of cross-border mergers and acquisitions by private dairy enterprises in China. Cross-border mergers and acquisitions make the Australian gifted Dairy enhance brand influence and product research and development capabilities, enterprise development is of great significance. This article analyzes the case through the financial performance and the theory of organizational capital, and draws inspiration from the cross-border M & A of Chinese enterprises.
