以少数民族地区民族类和师范类高校例,对这一地区高校理科学报进行评价与分析。着重探讨了13家学报2002～2007年的载文量、影响因子、总被引频次、基金论文比、高被引论文等评价指标。结果表明,总体上,师范类高校理科学报的质量和学术水平在全国同类学报中处于偏上水平,但其内部个体之间的差异和差距较大,发展不平衡;民族类高校理科学报质量偏低,未能发挥其学科优势。在综合评价分析的基础上,对少数民族地区高校学报的优势学科特征以及特色化办刊进行了探讨。
With the ethnic minority and normal colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas as examples, this article evaluates and analyzes the science journals of colleges and universities in this area. The paper mainly discusses the evaluation indexes of 13 journals from 2002 to 2007, such as the number of papers, influencing factors, total cited frequency, the ratio of fund theses and papers, highly cited papers. The results show that, in general, the quality and academic level of science journals in normal universities are in the upper level among the same kinds of journals in the country, but the differences and gaps among their internal individuals are relatively large and their development is uneven. The quality of science journals of ethnic universities Low, failed to play its academic advantage. On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, this paper discusses the characteristics of dominant disciplines and the specialization of journals of colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.
