Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Zukamu Granules. Methods: The content of PGE2 in rat inflammatory tissues was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The contents of PGF1a and TXB2 in rat inflammatory tissues were measured by radioimmunoassay. The anti-inflammatory mechanism of the drug was observed. RESULTS: Zukamu granules were given at 3 different doses (1.35, 2.7,5.4 g·kg-1) twice daily for ig administration, and the contents of PGE2, PGF1a and TXB2 in the inflammatory tissues of rats were significantly increased. Decrease (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion: Zukamu Granules significantly inhibited the contents of PGE2, PGF1a and TXB2 in inflammatory tissues, which may be one of the main mechanisms of anti-inflammatory effects.
