在改革开放的形势推动下,为探索发展民族经济的途径,根据云南省人民政府关于放宽搞活边境贸易的有关规定,1984年云南德宏傣族景颇族自治州决定在全州6县(市)建立统一的边境贸易区对外开放,包括边境地方贸易、小额贸易和边民互市三种经营形式。鼓励州内外国营、集体工商企业以联营、代理等方式扩大边境小额贸易,实行税收优惠,并对贸易支付、工商企业管理、检疫、边境治安管理等作出相应规定。
Under the circumstances of reform and opening up, in order to explore ways to develop the national economy and according to the relevant provisions of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province on relaxing and invigorating border trade, in 1984, the Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan decided to establish a unified Border trade zone open to the outside world, including the border local trade, small-scale trade and border markets to each other three forms of business. We will encourage state and collective enterprises within and outside the state to expand small-border trade by means of joint ventures and agencies, implement preferential tax treatments, and make corresponding provisions on trade payments, business administration, quarantine, and border security management.
