对钢结构节点在火灾作用后的力学性能进行深入研究至关重要,它是研究结构整体火灾作用后力学性能的重要基础。对四个足尺高强螺栓连接节点进行了模拟自然火灾试验,通过对其火灾前后力学性能试验结果的对比分析,采用数值分析的最小二乘法,得到了该类节点各主要参数与其所经历的最高火灾温度相关的拟合公式,为具有此类连接节点的钢结构火灾后的安全性检测评定与加固提供了参考依据,也为我国《钢结构抗火设计规范》的修订提供参考。
It is very important to conduct an in-depth research on the mechanical properties of the steel joints after the fire. It is an important foundation for studying the mechanical properties of the structural steel after the fire. Four full-scale high-strength bolted joints were simulated with natural fire test. By comparing the test results of mechanical performance before and after fire with the least-squares method of numerical analysis, the main parameters of this kind of joints were obtained and their highest experiencing The fitting formula of fire temperature provides a reference for the safety testing and reinforcement of steel structures after such a fire with such connection nodes and also provides a reference for the revision of China’s Code for Design of Fire-resistant Steel Structures.
