南水北调中线沙河渡槽采用梁式渡槽结构形式,上部槽身为预制U形双向预应力C50混凝土简支结构。工程开工后,预应力施工中锚索监测数据表明预应力损失值高于设计值,根据现场实测预应力损失及孔道摩阻对渡槽进行了结构复核,结果表明在槽身内壁局部出现拉应力,为确保渡槽安全运行,经过科研和设计单位的深入研究,对原预应力设计方案进行了优化调整,消除了槽身内壁拉应力。
The Middle Shahe Aqueduct of South-to-North Water Diversion Project adopts beam aqueduct structure, and the upper aqueduct is prefabricated U-shaped two-way prestressed C50 concrete simply supported structure. After the project started, the monitoring data of prestressed anchor cable shows that the prestress loss value is higher than the designed value. The structural verification of the aqueduct is carried out according to the measured prestress loss and pore friction in the field. The results show that tensile stress locally appears on the inner wall of the trough body, In order to ensure the safe operation of the aqueduct, through the in-depth research of scientific research and design institutes, the optimization design of the original prestressing design has been optimized to eliminate the tensile stress on the inner wall of the aqueduct.
