1997年上海技术交易共成交18863项,合同成交额为287568万元,与上年同期相比成交额上升12％,平均合同成交额为15.2万元/份,比上年上升19％。表明上海出让的技术项目其标的金额在不断上升,这和普通物质商品的物价不断回落形成鲜明的对照,技术商品的价格基本上呈逐年上涨的趋势。 一、1997年上海技术交易分类情况 1997年成交的1.88万余项技术项目中,技术开发为16432项,成交额5.72亿元;技术转让1037项,成交额2.14亿元;技术咨询3569项,成交额3.28亿元;技术服务12614项,成交额17.6亿元(见表1)。从表1中可看出平均合同
In 1997, a total of 18,863 transactions were registered in Shanghai’s technology trade. The contracted transaction volume was 287.56 million yuan. Compared with the same period of last year, the turnover increased by 12%. The average contract turnover was 152,000 yuan per copy, which was a 19% increase from the previous year. It shows that the amount of the subject of Shanghai’s transfer of technology projects is rising. This contrasts sharply with the constant fall in the prices of ordinary physical goods. The prices of technical goods are basically rising year by year. I. Classification of Shanghai’s Technology Transactions in 1997 In the more than 18,800 technical projects sold in 1997, there were 16,432 technological developments with a turnover of 572 million yuan; 1,037 technology transfers with a turnover of 214 million yuan; and 3569 technical consultations.
