目前电化改造后的沪昆线浙江段湄池至新塘边区间为200km/h时速区段,正线道岔设备全部采用ZYJ7型电液外锁闭可动芯轨提速道岔(由ZYJ7型电液转辙机牵引,简称电液200km/h提速道岔)。由于新线路、新设备占80%,开通初期信号设备故障频繁发生,尤其是电液200km/h提速道岔故障在信号设备故障中占绝对比例,一定程度上影响了铁路运输效率。经过一段时间的磨合、工电重点整治和电务强化维修,浙江段电液200Km/h提速道岔故障呈明显下降趋势,运行逐步趋于稳定状态。
