新中国成立以来,三代领导人以马克思主义为指导,结合中国的实际国情,提出了一系列关于提高选人用人公信度的新思想和新论断。中国特色社会主义选人用人公信度理论认为,标准的合理性是提高选人用人公信度的基础;机制的合法性是提高选人用人公信度的保障;而信息的公开性则是提高选人用人公信度的基本要求。
