本文采用问卷调查等方法对沂蒙山区高中课外体育活动现状的基本情况进行了分析。研究表明,沂蒙山区的中学生的课外体育锻炼方式无论是从精神层面还是实践层面都产生了一些适应性的变化并显示出诸多特点。但是从整体上讲还存在中学生体育锻炼时间较短,体育科学锻炼知识相对薄弱等问题,针对这些问题本文提出了若干教育引导中学生参与体育锻炼的措施以供有关部门参考。 This paper uses questionnaires and other methods to analyze the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in Yimeng mountainous areas. The research shows that the extracurricular physical training of middle school students in Yimeng mountain area has some adaptable changes both in spiritual and practical aspects and shows many characteristics. However, on the whole, there are still some problems such as short training time for middle school students and relatively weak training knowledge in sports science. In view of these problems, some measures to guide middle school students to participate in physical training are put forward for the reference of relevant departments.
