Objective To investigate the relationship between pregnancy-induced hypertension and related complications. Methods 39 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were admitted from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the observation group and 39 pregnant women with normal blood pressure during pregnancy were selected as control group Group, compared with the two groups of pregnant women related complications. Results The observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05) in the aspects of fetal growth restriction, neonatal asphyxia, fetus deformity, low birth weight and fetal distress. In HELLP syndrome, the probability of postpartum hemorrhage, obstetric pregnancy and abnormal coagulation function, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Of the 39 patients with gestational hypertension, 2 were severe preeclampsia (20.6%), 33 were mild preeclampsia (56.2%), and 4 were high in gestation Blood pressure, accounting for 23.2%. Conclusions There is a close relationship between maternal and child-related complications and gestational hypertension, which must be paid great attention in clinical practice.
