对41份谷子种质资源的7个农艺性状进行了遗传参数研究。结果表明:千粒重、株高和穗长的遗传力较高,受环境影响较小,可在早世代进行选择;穗重、生物产量和穗粒重的遗传变异系数大,相对遗传进度较大,直接选择效果较为理想;相关分析表明:穗粒重与穗重、生物产量呈极显著正相关,与穗长呈显著正相关,穗重、生物产量和穗长三者之间相互呈极显著正相关且遗传力较高。因此,可以通过对穗重、生物产量和穗长的选择来间接提高穗粒重,进而达到提高单位面积产量的目的。
Seven agronomic traits of 41 germplasm resources were studied for genetic parameters. The results showed that the heritability of 1000-grain weight, plant height and spike length were high, and it was less affected by the environment and could be selected in the early generation. The genetic variation coefficient of panicle weight, biomass and ear weight were relatively large, The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between spike weight and spike weight and biomass and a significant positive correlation with spike length. The spike weight, biomass and spike length were significantly positive to each other Relevant and heritability higher. Therefore, we can indirectly increase the grain weight of ear through the choice of panicle weight, biomass yield and ear length, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the yield per unit area.
