目的研究溴氰菊酯和辛硫磷亚致死剂量处理后德国小蠊羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性变化规律。方法采用分光光度计离体测定酶的活性,应用DPS软件进行统计分析。结果辛硫磷亚致死剂量处理德国小蠊后24h,羧酸酯酶活性降到最低,与处理前相比降低了79.33%,24h后其活性逐渐恢复,168h达到处理前的37.10%;溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量处理后,羧酸酯酶活性略有下降;经溴氰菊酯和辛硫磷亚致死剂量处理后,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性略有下降,72h后其活性分别为处理前的74.97%和79.77%;经溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量处理后,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性24h略有升高,随后逐渐下降,经辛硫磷处理后其活性略有降低。结论经溴氰菊酯和辛硫磷亚致死剂量处理后德国小蠊体内酶活性在不同的时间与处理前存在差异。
Objective To study the changes of carboxylesterase, glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase activity in Blattella germanica after sublethal dose of deltamethrin and phoxim. Methods Enzyme activity was measured by spectrophotometer in vitro. Statistical analysis was performed using DPS software. Results The activity of carboxylesterase decreased to the minimum after treated with sublethal dose of phoxim for 24h, decreased by 79.33% compared with that before treatment, and gradually recovered after 24h, reaching 37.10% before 168 h. Carboxyl esterase activity decreased slightly after sublethal dose of thalidomide treatment; activity of glutathione S-transferase decreased slightly after sublethal dose of deltamethrin and phoxim, and its activity after 72h Respectively, 74.97% and 79.77% before treatment, respectively. When treated with sublethal dose of deltamethrin, the activity of acetylcholinesterase increased slightly for 24h and then decreased gradually. The activity decreased slightly after treated with phoxim. Conclusion The enzyme activity of German cockroach treated with sublethal dose of deltamethrin and phoxim is different at different times and before treatment.
