目的 探索经肛门放置高位结肠支架的方法，姑息性治疗横结肠恶性梗阻。方法 晚期肿瘤伴横结肠恶性梗阻病例４ 例，在Ｘ 线监视及结肠镜配合下经肛门放置自膨式镍钛合金金属支架。结果 ４ 例病例放置自产镍钛合金记忆支架，横结肠支架放置部位为：肝曲１ 例、脾曲１ 例，左侧横结肠２ 例；支架放置后所有病例梗阻症状均即获缓解，生活质量得以提高。结论 经肛门自膨式放置横结肠支架是姑息性治疗高位结肠梗阻的有效方法
Objective To explore the method of placing the high-position colon stent through the anus and to treat the malignant obstruction of the transverse colon with palliative treatment. Methods 4 cases of advanced malignant colonic tumor with transverse colon were treated by X-ray and colonoscopy together with a self-inflating Ni-Ti alloy stent. Results Four cases of nickel-titanium alloy memory stent were placed. The transverse colon stent was placed in one case of hepatic flexure, one case of splenic song and two cases of transverse colon. After the stent was placed, the symptoms of obstruction were relieved and the quality of life improve. Conclusion Transrectal placement of transverse colon stents through the anus is an effective method of palliative treatment of high colon obstruction
