在高坝洲水利枢纽纵向围堰和二期工程中采用RCC施工,不仅能够简化施工导流措施、缩短工期,而且可以达到节省工程投资、提前发电的目的。为了便于RCC施工,在结构设计上对纵向围堰及二期工程坝体作了相应的调整;在施工方案和施工工艺上也进行了优化,这些都为RCC施工创造了条件。从已完成的纵向围堰RCC施工的效果来看,施工质量和进度是良好的,在二期工程中,通过隔河岩水库调蓄施工期导流流量,并采取全断面薄层连续铺筑的施工方式,可以省去上游RCC围堰,在后期直接利用坝体挡水发电,实现提前发电的目标。
