The 22rd meeting of the American Sugar Beet Craft Association was held in Arizona on February 20-24, 1983. In the Discussion Group on Genetics and Variety Improvement, Hecker R. spoke about the inheritance of beet production and yield traits, and the utilization of the resistance to R. solani beet germplasm.
