病案复印工作是病案管理的延伸服务,是病案室对外服务窗口,病案复印信息具有较高社会价值和医疗价值。目前复印工作存在诸多问题亟待解决,为提高患者服务满意度体现人性化服务理念,提高工作效率和质量,应研发专门的病案复印管理系统。通过统计分析科室一年来病案复印数据,观察日常工作中复印诸种现象,结合同行业相关文献材料,本文提出构建病案复印管理系统的观点,要充实各项功能模块,预约功能不可或缺,患者可采用电话预约、网络预约、诊间预约、面见预约四种方法完成病案复印的预约。
Medical records are an extension of medical records management services, medical records is the external service window, record copy information has a high social value and medical value. At present, there are many problems in photocopying work to be solved urgently. In order to improve patient service satisfaction and reflect humanized service concept and improve work efficiency and quality, a special medical record copying management system should be developed. Through the statistical analysis of departmental copy data of medical records in one year and the observation of various phenomena of copying in daily work, combined with relevant literature and materials in the same industry, this paper puts forward the viewpoints of constructing medical record and copy management system, enriching various functional modules and indispensable reservation functions, May use the telephone reservation, the network appointment, the clinic appointment, the appointment sees four ways to complete the medical record appointment.
