今年是全国开展“质量、品种、效益，活动年，这项活动是一项系统工程，需要党政工团各组织通力合作，广泛动员组织群众，扎实工作，才能取得最佳效果。那么，作为铁路企业的党委，怎样工作才能进一步提高自身工作质量、效率和效益，保证和促进企业整个活动达到预期目的呢？我认为一方面要大力提高全员质量意识，另一方面要在党委中推行综合目标责任制。
