为了解决新河矿业选煤厂HMDA-636×117磁选机溢流调节不及时和精度低的问题,在对其结构分析的基础上,通过在尾矿槽底部管路增设对夹式手柄蝶阀调节尾矿流量,以达到调节溢流高度的目的。生产实践表明:该调节方法简便易行,不但能够实现溢流的动态调节,而且调节精度高,能将溢流高度控制在最合适的高度;溢流调节装置投入使用后,磁选尾矿带介量和吨煤介质消耗量均降低,节约了大量材料成本,经济效益较显著。
