目的了解大学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知、态度及预防措施,为大学生应对突发公共卫生事件健康教育提供科学依据。方法按专业分层,以班组为单位整群抽样,对西北民族大学250名医学生和250名非医学生进行有关甲型H1NI流感的认知、行为及预防措施等问卷调查。结果大多数大学生通过各种途径了解甲型H1N1流感,医学生和非医学生对甲型H1N1流感相关知识回答正确率均较低。81.91%大学生能积极提前预防甲型H1N1流感,86.28%大学生对甲型H1N1流感不感到害怕,92.52%大学生表现出战胜甲型H1N1流感的信心。结论在甲型H1N1流感暴发时,大学生具备积极的态度和较好的行为能力,宣传教育对大学生认知水平的提高和心理承受能力的增强起了非常重要的作用。
Objective To understand the cognition, attitude and preventive measures of college students on Influenza A (H1N1) and provide a scientific basis for college students’ health education on public health emergencies. Methods According to the professional stratification, a total of 250 samples of medical students and 250 non-medical students from Northwest University for Nationalities were involved in the questionnaire survey on cognition, behavior and preventive measures of Influenza A (H1NI). Results Most college students learned about the Influenza A (H1N1) virus in various ways. Both the medical students and the non-medical students answered the questionnaire correctly. 81.91% of college students can actively prevent Influenza A (H1N1) influenza in advance, 86.28% of college students are not afraid of Influenza A (H1N1), 92.52% of college students show confidence of defeating Influenza A (H1N1). Conclusion In the outbreak of influenza A (H1N1), college students have a positive attitude and good behavioral abilities. Publicity and education play an important role in raising the level of college students’ cognitive ability and psychological endurance.
