目的:建立一种离子色谱-抑制电导检测方法,用于同时测定缬沙坦中叠氮化物和其它无机阴离子。方法:采用Ion- pac As_(18)离子交换色谱柱,KOH淋洗液由梯度淋洗液生成器自动产生。叠氮酸根离子在0.001~20 mg·L~(-1)浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9992),检测限0.23μg·L~(-1)(S/N=3)。在所建立的色谱条件下,常见阴离子如F~-,Cl~-,NO_2~-,NO_3~-,SO_4~(2-)和PO_4~(3-)对测定无干扰并能实现同时测定。结论:所建立的方法前处理简单、便捷,具有良好的线性、灵敏度和重现性。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for ion chromatography-suppressed conductivity detection for the simultaneous determination of azides and other inorganic anions in valsartan. METHODS: Ion-pac As_ (18) ion exchange columns were used and KOH eluent was generated automatically by a gradient eluent generator. The results showed that the concentration of azide ion in the range of 0.001-20 mg · L -1 was linear (r = 0.9992), and the detection limit was 0.23 μg · L -1 (S / N = 3). Under the established chromatographic conditions, common anions such as F ~ -, Cl ~ -, NO_2 ~ -, NO_3 ~ -, SO_4 ~ (2-) and PO_4 ~ (3-) did not interfere with the determination and could achieve simultaneous determination. Conclusion: The established method is simple and convenient to process, has good linearity, sensitivity and reproducibility.
