目的了解舞钢市重点职业人群布鲁菌感染情况,为舞钢市制定布鲁菌病防控措施提供科学依据。方法2014年对重点职业的从业人员722例采血进行抗体检测,用布鲁菌虎红平板凝集反应初筛,用试管凝集试验(SAT)确认。结果布鲁菌病感染者9例,感染率1.24%;发病5例,发病率0.69%。结论饲养放牧的男性汉民为重点高风险职业人群,存在低流行态势,对重点职业人群开展布鲁菌病监测和健康教育,严防布鲁菌病从输入型转为地方型,有效控制布鲁菌病的发生和流行。
Objective To understand the prevalence of brucellosis among major occupational groups in Wugang and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures against brucellosis in Wugang. Methods In 2014, 722 blood samples were taken from key occupational practitioners for antibody testing. The samples were probed with Brucella tiger red plate agglutination test and confirmed by test tube agglutination test (SAT). Results Brucella infection in 9 cases, the infection rate of 1.24%; 5 cases of onset, the incidence rate of 0.69%. Conclusion Male Han nationality rearing herd grazing is a high-risk occupational population, with a low prevalence. Brucellosis surveillance and health education are conducted for key occupational groups to prevent brucellosis from entering type to local type and effectively controlling Brucella The incidence and prevalence of the disease.
