大量工程实践和试验证明,静压预制管桩施工时的承载力会随时间变化而变化,广泛存在承载力时间效应现象,可以利用现场静压桩机的特点,采用隔时复压试验对管桩承载力变化规律进行预测。正常施工周期下静压工程桩受到建筑物施工影响,桩顶荷载在终压力后逐渐增加,直到工程竣工,受荷状况不同于隔时复压试验桩情况。综合考虑静压桩受荷状况,引入调节系数进行调节,对施工周期下工程桩承载力时间效应进行必要的修正。工程实例证明,正确应用施工周期下静压管桩承载力时间效应,可以对桩基进行优化设计,降低工程成本。
