目的探讨气相色谱测定有一定粘度化妆品中甲醇的样品预处理条件,考察上述处理因素测定甲醇的可行性。方法摩丝、啫哩水和弹力素样品经乙醇稀释处理后,用气相色谱法FID检测器,以玻璃填充柱(1 m×3 mm×150μm)、Chromosorb-101分离测定。结果回归方程y=1 038.2x-276.3,摩丝、弹力素、啫哩水试样适宜的稀释比例为(1+4),方法检出限为20 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.94%~4.65%,样品的加标回收率为93.4%~101.4%。结论稀释比例对试样的均匀性和稳定性均有显著影响,控制摩丝、弹力素、嗜哩水等有一定粘度试样的稀释比例,是获得理想结果的关键。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the sample pretreatment conditions for the determination of methanol in cosmetics with a certain viscosity by gas chromatography and to investigate the feasibility of methanol in the determination of the above factors. Methods Moss, gel water and elastin samples were diluted with ethanol and analyzed by gas chromatography FID detector with glass packed column (1 m × 3 mm × 150 μm) and Chromosorb-101. Results The regression equation y = 1 038.2x-276.3. The suitable dilution ratio of mousse, elastin and jelly water samples was (1 + 4). The detection limit was 20 mg / kg and the relative standard deviation was 1.94% 4.65%. The spiked recoveries of samples ranged from 93.4% to 101.4%. Conclusion The dilution ratio has a significant effect on the uniformity and stability of the sample. Controlling the dilution ratio of the sample with certain viscosity such as mousse, elastin and neodymium is the key to obtain the ideal result.
