目的 研究p2 7kip1 及cdk2在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SABC法检测 63例胃癌组织中p2 7kip1 及cdk2的表达。结果 本组 63例胃癌中 ,p2 7kip1 蛋白阳性表达 3 0例 (4 7.6% )。p2 7kip1 与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、组织学分级均呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。cdk2蛋白阳性表达 3 3例 (5 0 .8% ) ,cdk2与胃癌的组织学分级呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 提示p2 7kip1 表达减少及cdk2表达增加可能促进了胃癌的发生发展
Objective To study the expression of p27kip1 and cdk2 in gastric cancer and its relationship with biological behavior of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of p2 7kip1 and cdk2 in 63 cases of gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results In this group of 63 cases of gastric cancer, p27kp1 protein was positively expressed in 30 cases (4 7.6%). P2 7kip1 was negatively correlated with invasive depth, lymph node metastasis, and histological grade in gastric cancer (P < 0.05). The expression of cdk2 protein was positive in 33 cases (50.8%). cdk2 was positively correlated with the histological grade of gastric cancer (P < 0.05). Conclusions The decreased expression of p2 7kip1 and increased cdk2 expression may promote the development of gastric cancer.
