兰州炼油化工总厂所属的油品储运厂,现有职工700多人,下属原油、调合、包装、装油、铁路运输、维修6个车间及液化气站等7个基层单位,担负着兰炼原油和原材料进厂接卸、半成品后精制、产品调合输转、装运出厂及厂内外液化气供应的繁重任务。该厂原是兰炼的一个后进单位,通过推行以人为本自主管理,开展信得过活动,在短短的3年里,该厂一跃而进入先进行列,并得到了总厂及省上和中国石化总公司的高度评价,成为甘肃企业管理方面的又一个先进典型。油品储运厂推行“以
The oil storage and transportation plant of the Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Plant has more than 700 employees and it is subordinate to 7 grass-roots units such as crude oil, blending, packaging, oil loading, railway transportation, maintenance of six workshops and liquefied gas stations. The heavy lifting of crude oil and raw materials imported into and out of the plant, semi-finished products, post-refining, product blending, transportation, shipment, and shipment of liquefied petroleum gas both inside and outside the factory. The factory was originally a backward unit of Lan Lian. Through implementing people-oriented self-management and carrying out trustworthy activities, in just three short years, the plant leapt into the advanced ranks, and got the total number of plants, provinces, and Sinopec.
