我厂有定额备件1000多种,近13万件,年备件消耗资金达140万元。前几年我厂备件管理主要存在以下三个问题: 1.供货不平衡,有的备件十分紧张,甚至发生缺货;而有的备件又出现超储积压。 2.备件占用资金不断上涨,有时超过100万元。 3.管理方法处于静态管理阶段,重点不明确,信息反馈不灵,经济观点不强。
Our factory has more than 1,000 kinds of fixed spare parts, nearly 130,000 pieces, the annual spare parts consumption funds reached 1.4 million. The following three problems existed in the spare parts management of our factory in the past few years: 1. Unbalanced supply, some spare parts were very tight, and even out of stock; and some spare parts appeared over-storage backlog. 2. The funds occupied by spare parts continue to rise, sometimes exceeding 1 million yuan. 3. The management method is in the static management stage, the focus is not clear, information feedback is not working, and the economic viewpoint is not strong.
