我市的食物中毒防治工作,在各级领导的重视下,由于卫生、工商、商业,供销,粮食和公安等部门的密切配合,普及卫生教育,贯彻“预防为主”,在卫生监督检测科学管理等方面做了大量的工作,食物中毒发生情况呈现逐年减少趋势(表1)
