钢筋腐蚀是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的首要因素.腐蚀会引起钢筋强度降低和延性减弱,进而导致结构承载能力下降.通过对一批已腐蚀钢筋的腐蚀量及腐蚀后力学性能的试验研究,分析了钢筋腐蚀的因素及腐蚀对钢筋力学性能的影响,认为该批钢筋力学性能的降低是腐蚀后受三种因素共同作用的结果;总结了钢筋各项力学性能指标与钢筋腐蚀程度的相关关系,提出当受腐蚀钢筋的重量损失率大于10%时,就应该考虑腐蚀对钢筋性能的影响,予以折减的结论;并总结了各腐蚀量参数间的关系,为衡量钢筋腐蚀程度和结构耐久性分析提供依据.
