一、前言酒店是社会时代发展的产物。我国的酒店经过20多年的发展,已经形成了一套标准化和规范化的要求,但这也使得国内众多酒店,尤其是三、四星级的酒店,提供的产品和服务差别不大。因此若想吸引更多的客户群,获得更大的市场,酒店就必须为消费者营造独特的体验,形成独特的消费体验产品。对于星级酒店来说,营造一种独特的文化氛围既能符合经济时代顾客的需求,更能在市场中体现出产品特色和竞争优势。
