本文报道采用小鼠跳台法、避暗实验、水迷宫试验等方法,研究了鳗鱼油胶囊对正常小鼠学习、记忆等能力的影响。结果表明,鳗鱼油低剂量、中剂量和高剂量(分别相当于含精制鱼油0.129,0.387,1.161g/kg·d)ig×30d后,与空白组比较,对小鼠的学习和记忆均有明显的增强作用。在跳台试验中,鳗鱼油能使小鼠在5min内受击次数减少,减少率分别为88.6%,88.6%和92.1%,并能延长24h后第一次的潜伏期(P<0.01),减少2min内错误频率(低剂量组P>0.05,中、高剂量组P<0.01);在避暗试验中,第一次进入暗室的潜伏期比蒸馏水组长,5min内受击次数减少(P<0.05);在水迷宫试验中,可缩短小鼠到达终点的时间,同时减少错误次数(P<0.05)。
In this paper, we reported that the effect of yinyou oil capsules on learning and memory ability of normal mice was studied by using the methods of mouse jumping, darkness avoidance and water maze tests.
