轴是各种机械产品中用得最多、也最为关键的零件之一。磨损是工程机械轴类零件失效的主要形式。轴类零件失效后,往往直接报废而更换新品,造成了极大的浪费。轴类零件的再制造是以废旧的轴为毛坯,采用先进的表面强化技术等修复或改造废旧的轴,使之获得再生。再制造能充分提取报废轴类零件中的附加值,最大限度地挖掘废旧轴中的剩余价值。据统计,再制造与初始制造的原料耗费量之比为1∶(5 ̄9)。再制造产品的重要特征是其性能和质量能够达到甚至超过新品,而产品再制造的成本仅为新品的50%、节能60%、节材70%。着重介绍了工程机械轴类零件的主要失效形式及再制造方法。
Shafts are among the most used and the most critical parts of any mechanical product. Wear is the main form of construction machinery shaft failure. Axle parts failure, often scrapped and replaced directly, resulting in a great waste. Remanufacturing of shaft parts is based on the use of scrap shaft as a blank, the use of advanced surface hardening technology to repair or rebuild the shaft so that it can be recycled. Remanufacturing can fully extract the added value of the scrap shaft parts, to maximize the residual value of mining waste shaft. According to statistics, remanufactured and initially manufactured raw material consumption ratio of 1: (5 ~ 9). An important feature of remanufactured products is their performance and quality can reach or even exceed the new products, and the cost of remanufacturing products is only 50% of new products, saving 60%, saving 70%. The main failure modes and remanufacturing methods of construction machinery shaft parts are introduced emphatically.
