从增韧增强、抗氧化和界面特性等方面分析讨论了颗粒状强化相或纤维强化相增强对MoSi_2材料组织结构和性能的影响,概述了MoSi_2基复合材料理论和工艺等方面已取得的进展,指出SiC/MoSi_2和ZrO_2/MoSi_2复合材料是目前较有应用和发展前途的MoSi_2基复合材料。
From the aspects of toughening, anti-oxidation and interfacial properties, the influence of granular strengthening phase or reinforcing phase on the microstructure and properties of MoSi_2materials was analyzed. The progress made in the theory and technology of MoSi_2composites was summarized. It is pointed out that SiC / MoSi_2 and ZrO_2 / MoSi_2 composites are currently used and promising MoSi_2 matrix composites.
