目的建立工作场所空气中正丙醇的气相色谱测定法。方法工作场所空气中正丙醇用活性炭采样管采集,1%异丙醇的二硫化碳溶液解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果正丙醇在80.36~1 607μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8。方法的检出限为4.5μg/ml,定量下限为15.0μg/ml。在采样体积为1.5 L、解吸液体积为1.0 ml的条件下,最低检出浓度为3.0 mg/m3。不同浓度的正丙醇相对标准偏差为0.64%~1.74%,加标回收率为93.7%~96.9%。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,适用于工作场所空气中正丙醇的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of n-propanol in workplace air. Methods The n-propanol in the air of the workplace was collected with a sampling tube of activated charcoal and desorbed with 1% isopropanol. The sample was separated by capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results The n-propanol showed a linear relationship in the range of 80.36-1 607 μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The detection limit of the method was 4.5μg / ml, the lower limit of quantitation was 15.0μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration was 3.0 mg / m3 with a sample volume of 1.5 L and a desorption solution volume of 1.0 ml. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different concentrations of n-propanol ranged from 0.64% to 1.74%, and the recoveries ranged from 93.7% to 96.9%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision and good accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of n-propanol in the air of workplace.
